I know that everyone has a different view of exercise and fitness. In reality, not everyone wants to run or be forced to engage in exercise which might appeal to someone else. Whatever you want to achieve, I’ll work with you to develop a training plan that’s entirely geared to you and your comfort levels.
With Health and Soul, there is no intimidation or embarrassment. I’ll be there to guide you to a better version of yourself, whilst taking into account any physical barriers you might have. Every training plan I put together is bespoke and can be delivered at your home, remotely via video link or at an environment of your choice.
